Every packet has an unique bar code. Thanks to application Track and Trace, you can follow it via Internet at any time.
If the addressee is not at him when the mailman passes, he can ask by telephone for a second presentation, or to go to search his packet in the 14 days in the post office or in the Point Posts of its quarter.

For orders beyond 200,00 euro, expenses of expedition are FREE.

- Delay :
If one of our products is momentarily in break of supply we shall keep all products of your order until we can you deliver the entirety of your order. We promise to make contact by mail to agree on a partial dispatch.
